    Extraction of medicinal plant material

    The paper presents the results of a study of the extraction of target components from horse chestnut fruit, which have a high content of aescine. The factors affecting the process and the range of their variations in research are described. On the basis of the obtained results, dependences of the content of extractive substances in extracts on the studied process factors were constructed. These dependences are presented graphically and by the regression equations of the process. Recommendations are made regarding the optimal parameters for extracting the largest number of valuable substances from horse chestnut fruit.

    Investigation of extraction of plant materials for making milk drinks

    The process of extraction of pectin-containing raw materials under various factors of temperature, duration, hydromodule using the vibration mixing medium was investigated. The extracts obtained from apples and pumpkin are offered for use in the production of milk drinks, since whey was used as an extractant. Досліджено процес екстрагування пектиновмістної сировини при різних факторах температури, тривалості, гідромодулі з використанням вібраційного перемішування середовища. Отримані екстракти з яблук та гарбуза пропонується використовувати для виробництва молочних напоїв, адже в якості екстрагента використовувалась молочна сироватка.
