Документ Perspective method of cleaning water from toxic substances(2017) Pashchenko, Bohdan; Litvinenko, Aleksandr; Shtefan, YevgeniiThe authors propose a promising method of wastewater treatment from toxic pollutants. It involves the combined decontamination from ions of heavy and non-ferrous metals in conditions of hydrodynamic cavitation. The expediency of this method is substantiated and their results are given in comparison with typical cleaning technologies.Документ Cavitation resistance of ceramics(2018) Litvinenko, Aleksandr; Pashchenko, BohdanThe technological additions are the most vulnerable component of ceramics which create conditions for the formation of a glass phase with distributed Al2O3 particles. The accumulation of stresses of the surface layer takes place namely along the boundaries of the phases, which is responsible for the cyclical nature of mass losses. Microscopic analysis showed that the destruction of specimens occurs precisely over the vitreous phase, which is contained along the grain boundaries of aluminum oxide.Документ The adequacy of mathematical modeling in powder products manufacturing processes(2019) Shtefan, Yevgenii; Mikhailov, Anatoliy; Litvinenko, Aleksandr; Kadomsky, Sergiy; Pashchenko, BohdanThe materials present a system of equations that can be used to create a mathematical model of deformation processes that allows taking into account the structural, mechanical, and rheological parameters of the solid phase of the material.Документ Cavitation liquid extraction of organic substances(2019) Litvinenko, Aleksandr; Kadomsky, Sergiy; Boyko, Yurii; Pashchenko, Bohdan; Shtefan, YevgeniiThe article shows that it is possible to effectively cavitate various production media. For example, a significant effect was found in the extraction of protein from defatted ground bones. The extraction process according to a similar scheme at 18-20°C allowed for an additional 4-6% of protein to be extracted by weight. The results of extraction of biologically active substances from vegetable raw materials were also obtained.
