    Herbal bioflavonoids as the perspective source for рroduction of food additives

    Since the natural antioxidants do not cause any undesirable side effects, they have more preferences in comparison to those synthetic. Today, the scientists‘ attention is more and more drawn to P-active substances of phenolic origin (bioflavonoids): catechinins, anthocyanins, leucoanthocyanins, flavone glycosides, chlorogenous acid and others. There are many evidences advocating this fact. The objectives of this work are to choose the optimum parameters of maximal bioflavonoid extraction from 10 samples of medicinal herb with subsequent practical use in production of natural food additives.

    Functional ingredients of wild berries to include into diets for military personnel

    The article represents the results of experimental studies over black currant biological value. There was confirmed that they are the rich source of the wholesome complex of biologically active substances necessary for normal functioning of a soldier’s body, especially during active combats. Therefore, using black currant in the new technologies to obtain the foodstuff with increased biological value is affirmed as the way to widen the range of food for military personnel, proven scientifically, expedient technologically, and profitable economically.

    Infinità e definità di forma libera nella poesia ucraina

    Scrivendo un verso libero, il poeta imita l’ordine intonazione di poesia popolare, ma però dà i nuovi significati agli immagini tradizionali della cultura nazionale, accenta alcune parole come le metafore d’autore. Questi tratti sono propri al verso libero mondiale del secolo XX, e successivamente definiscono le prospettive del suo sviluppo nel secolo XXI. Il verso libero potrebbe combinare le linee di metri diversi, citazioni ed allusioni delle altre opere, gli immagini simbolici di tutte le culture, ed anche i teoretici e metaforici definizioni della sua essenza – e finalmente creare il largo panorama linguistico e culturologico. Tutti i concetti menzionati ottengono l’alto senso poetico, solamente inviati nella corrente dell’idea profonda.

    Touring the chocolate museums in Europe

    Eating chocolate brings much pleasure to both children and adults. Another big pleasure is visiting museums to find out something new and interesting. So, it is not a surprise that one day these two pleasures combined in a world of a chocolate museum. After visiting them, one can learn the history of the royal sweets, the technology of their production, and to see the pure art works made out of chocolate. Вживання шоколаду приносить велике задоволення для дітей і дорослих. одне одне велике задоволення відвідування музеїв, щоб з'ясувати, щось нове і цікаве. Таким чином, це не дивно, що в один прекрасний день ці два задоволення в поєднанні в світі шоколадний музей. Після відвідин їх, можна дізнатися історію королівських солодощів, технології їх виробництва, і, щоб побачити чисті твори мистецтва, зроблені з шоколаду.
